Project planning
Plan testing and restoration for managed properties
Coordinate environmental testing, cleanup and remodeling for rental, commercial and institutional properties throughout the Florida Panhandle.
Build a property-specific scope
Property managers often need to coordinate owners, occupants and contractors before a project can begin. Tell Raven whether the inquiry concerns an individual rental unit, common area, commercial space or facility. Identify the authorized decision-maker, the property city, the affected areas and any operating-hour restrictions. One inquiry can begin the discussion, but each location needs its own confirmed scope.
Testing and assessment
Available services include asbestos testing, lead-based paint testing and mold assessment. Share prior reports and planned maintenance or renovation tasks. Ask about the areas covered, access arrangements and documentation included, rather than assuming a general inspection includes every environmental concern.
Cleanup and recovery
For leaks, property damage or specialized cleanup, discuss water mitigation, mold remediation, decontamination or crime and trauma scene cleanup. Use the initial inquiry to describe the service and location; avoid sharing sensitive occupant or incident details through the public website form.
Repairs and planned improvements
Kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and drywall services are available for standalone improvements as well as disaster recovery. Discuss vacancy periods, material preferences, access and work by other trades when requesting a proposal.
Request relevant project records
Review Raven's credentials and capabilities information and prior project references. Ask for documentation applicable to the proposed work. References describe company-wide experience and do not mean that every listed service was performed at each referenced facility.
