Experience shaped by real disaster conditions

Rick Aleman brings construction experience and a background as a catastrophe (CAT) adjuster to his work with Raven Environmental Restoration Services. His hurricane and natural-disaster deployment experience began in 2005, during Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Wilma.

That background informs a practical approach to understanding property damage, discussing the work ahead, and communicating with owners facing difficult decisions after a loss. Construction and catastrophe-adjusting experience provide context for coordinating the different stages of a property’s recovery.

Helping clients understand the next step

Raven works with residential and commercial clients who need environmental testing, assessment, remediation, and restoration. The first conversation focuses on the property, the concern, available reports, and what the client needs to accomplish. From there, the team discusses the appropriate scope and scheduling.

Raven serves the entire Florida Panhandle, Miami, and South Florida. From individual homeowners to facility and property managers, clients can contact the team to discuss testing, cleanup, or restoration needs at their location.
