Common question

Understanding the service

Assessing the effects of an incident

Fire, smoke, and storms can affect different parts of a property at the same time. Smoke residues, odors, damaged materials, and water from firefighting or weather may all influence the recovery plan. Contact Raven once property access has been authorized and describe the known conditions.

Setting restoration priorities

The team discusses the affected areas, available assessments, building access, and priorities for cleanup. A scope may address residues, affected contents or surfaces, water damage, and coordination of subsequent repairs. Confirm the proposed methods and the limits of the work before authorizing service.

Coordinating people and documentation

For occupied or commercial properties, share operating hours, tenant needs, and areas that must be protected. Provide photographs, incident information, and existing reports where available. Agree on progress updates, documentation, and the handoff to any separate repair contractors.

What to have ready when you contact us

Your city, property type, affected areas, reason for requesting service, preferred timing, and any existing inspection reports help us prepare for the conversation. Describe access restrictions and whether the property is occupied. We will discuss scope and scheduling before arrangements are finalized.
