Start with the property and the decision ahead
Describe the debris type, approximate amount and where it is located. Photographs can help Raven discuss the inquiry without assuming every pile contains the same material. Identify damaged building components, loose outdoor debris and any suspect or restricted materials separately.
What to clarify before work is scheduled
Raven offers storm debris cleanup and hauling with its own dump trailers. Explain driveway access, gate clearance, loading space and the cleanup boundaries. You can request private removal rather than waiting for public collection; the proposal must specify accepted materials, loading, hauling and disposal arrangements.
Costs, approvals and project records
Private removal has a quoted scope and cost. Do not assume a FEMA pickup program or an insurer will reimburse it. Keep approvals, photos, the written proposal and invoices. If debris includes suspect asbestos materials or other restricted items, discuss separate testing and appropriate handling before loading is arranged.
