Start with the property and the decision ahead
An equipment inquiry should describe the loading location, debris materials, ground conditions and access route. Share gate width, turning space and any obstacles or areas that must be protected. A photograph of the pile alone does not show whether equipment and trailers can operate at the property.
What to clarify before work is scheduled
Raven offers skid steer services and debris hauling using its own dump trailers within the agreed cleanup scope. Identify accepted materials, the equipment work area and disposal arrangements. This service description does not automatically include excavation, grading, tree removal or equipment rental.
Costs, approvals and project records
Ask which loading, haul-off and cleanup tasks are included and how changes in debris volume will be approved. Keep the quote tied to the site conditions and material list. Confirm scheduling and access directly, and discuss any suspect building material or restricted waste separately before the work is authorized.
