Start with the property and the decision ahead
Describe the property, affected rooms and the condition that prompted the request. Different surfaces and concerns require different evaluation and cleaning scopes. A general decontamination inquiry should not be treated as a promise to eliminate every contaminant or as a medical assessment.
What to clarify before work is scheduled
Ask which areas, materials and cleaning activities are included, what access is needed and what documentation will be supplied. Identify occupied areas and any facility operating restrictions. Where sampling or a separate environmental assessment is needed, have that work and its purpose defined separately.
Costs, approvals and project records
Provide prior reports and completed-cleaning records so the proposed work addresses the remaining concern. Confirm any material removal, waste handling or reconstruction separately. Raven can coordinate the inquiry with the authorized owner or manager and establish a project-specific proposal before scheduling.
